Research Inquiries

Once you have submitted the request form below, a member of ONHM’s staff will contact you within 5 business days to set up an appointment to discuss your inquiry. Depending on your interests, you may be able to conduct a preliminary search of our holdings using this website or our online catalogue, here: https://onih.pastperfectonline.com/. If you are collaborating with others on a research initiative and wish to visit ONHM to conduct on-site research, please try to limit your party to two people per visit. We have a small staff that must plan carefully to attend to researchers' individual needs. Accommodations can be made for larger groups with advance notice. You must read and adhere to our Rules for Researchers (below) before entering the ONHM reading room.
