We've obtained the oral histories in our collection in a variety of ways: some have been collected by staff in our office, some are collected by contract historians, and some we get from other organizations.  But if you worked at NIH, we're interested in your story.  Contact us for a list of questions that we often ask our interviewees if you want to tell us your story or if you know someone whose story should be captured.  While we'd love a digital audio file of you talking, if you have to write out your answers and submit them, that's okay too.  Please contact history@nih.gov for more information.
