[31] Raymond Dionne, DDS, PhD, is a leading researcher in dental analgesia studies; he succeeded Ron Dubner as Branch Chief of Pain and Neurosensory Mechanisms at NIDCR in 1996 and was named Scientific Director of Intramural Research at the National Institute of Nursing Research in 2005.  As of 2015, he was Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.  For more information, see his oral history interview at: . (PDF) 270KB
